Nasal drainage can have inflammatory causes such as nasal allergies or sinusitis or it can be due to non-inflammatory reasons such as over-active nasal secretory glands.  Thus, one way to decrease nasal drainage is by turning down the signal to the secretory glands located in our nasal cavity.  This is accomplished with safe and simple nerve ablation procedures that are performed in the office under local anesthesia in under 15 minutes.  These procedures are very effective at significantly reducing nasal drainage that is otherwise difficult or impossible to control with allergy medications.
